Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you’ve got a Linux cloud hosting service with our company and you would like to enable the catch-all feature for a certain mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it will take literally only one click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each and every email address that you have set up under any domain name hosted in your account. You can choose one address per domain name by clicking the corresponding button. This will activate the feature instantly, so all emails sent to mistyped email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button for a second time will turn off the catch-all feature. If you have enabled email forwarding, our system will exhibit a warning notification and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you delete the forwarding or you can simply select a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be enabled with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be shown in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a small sign handily situated right next to each of them. With only a click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate the feature through the menu that will come into sight. In case any of the conditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will let you know, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
